Service Description

Deep tissue techniques for relaxation; to treat injury or dysfunction; or prepare for - or recover from - performance. Using intuitive touch and listening, the treatment uses techniques such as deep tissue work, trigger point release, muscle energy techniques, gentle mobilisation & stretching. Treatment includes postural assessment, consultation and, where appropriate, home care advice. This 90 minute session will involve a short consultation and, if it's your first session with me and you would like one, a postural assessment. We recommend this option for your first appointment, as the consultation/postural assessment can be more in depth.
