Disclaimer - you don't have to be a couple! This is two massages booked one after each other for an hour each, with no changing of bedding in the middle. There is a 5 minute turnaround time in the middle for me to grab a glass of water and re-set the massage room. Perfect for couples or friends who want to save a bit on their massage and don't mind sharing sheets! Deep tissue techniques for relaxation; to treat injury or dysfunction; or prepare for - or recover from - performance. Using intuitive touch and listening, the treatment uses techniques such as deep tissue work, trigger point release, muscle energy techniques, gentle mobilisation & stretching. Treatment includes postural assessment, consultation and, where appropriate, home care advice.
